Yes! We are 100% mobile. This is what really sets The Stretch Advantage apart. We will bring all the equipment; you just need to provide the space. That can be your living room, garage, back porch, office, guest room, or anywhere. We’ll make it work!

Comfortable clothes that you can move freely in are all you need. And socks. Please wear socks. We will be touching your feet. (If you have hardwood or laminate floors, grip socks are recommended, but not required.)
